Great bars but they are a little "flexy" on my tandem. Having taller bars decreases steering responsiveness. but looks KILLER! A pretty tight fit to begin with, so it took a little persuasion to get it in, aligned, and tightened down. But the whole install took only about 15 minutes. As soon as I got them in position I took a step back and marveled at the make over. HUGE aesthetic improvement over the stock handlebars. So then I took her for a test ride. With the old bars, I had trouble staying steady. I thought it was because it was a pretty big bike to begin with and I just accepted it. With these bars, there was a significant improvement in handling. Agility on the bike skyrocketed and stability both straight away and in turning was night and day. GET THESE HANDLEBARS FOR YOUR BEACH CRUISER. |
